1. Under vacuum condition with low temperature evaporating
According to the formula for temperature and pressure, for certain volume of the liquid, the lower the pressure, the lower the boiling point of the liquid. Low temperature vacuum evaporator is based on this principle, through reducing the internal pressure of the evaporator, improve the vacuum degree, reduce the boiling point of the liquid, and then improve the evaporation speed of the liquid.
2.Dual use of cold and heat source for lower energy consumption
With the operation of refrigerant compressor, while changing the pressure and state of the refrigerant will change its temperature. Control refrigerant exothermic heating when in contact with the material, the refrigerant will be cooling and liquidation, temperature drop. Then transfer the refrigerant to vapor condensing area through pipe. Using low temperature refrigerant to condense water vapour, refrigerant absorb heat and gasification again and flow into the compressor for cycling . Such dual using of cold and heat source reduces the energy consumption.
3.The auxiliary cold and heat source ensures the balance of energy consumption of system evaporation and condensation
Low temperature vacuum evaporator is operated under the condition of low temperature, it will be greatly influenced by the environment temperature. When environment temperature is too low, it needs more energy for refrigerant compressor to heat evaporation. But the cooling end itself are influenced by environmental temperature, the condensation temperature is low, it needs less energy consumption, such imbalance energy consumption increase the energy consumption of the compressor.
When in summer time with high environment temperature, the low temperature evaporator is more greatly influenced by environment temperature. High environmental temperature will cause compressor over load while condensing. But absorb too much heat to exhaustion and cause malfunction of compressor.
With patented technical control, our low temperature vacuum evaporator has fully considered the variation of environment temperature, and will start auxiliary cold and heat source to make sure the inner temperature is within control range, and the compressor will be operated within allowable range.Advantage of Low Temperature Vacuum Evaporator:
